Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original Smyle™ Labs packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After our quality control team inspects the hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new replacement device within 3-5 business days.
